We offer the childhood vaccination program and pediatric examinations. For more information see below.

Childhood vaccinations are free and paid for by the health insurance.

Age

5 week pediatric examination

3 months vaccination

  • Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio and Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib) infection (DTaP-IPV-Hib vaccination)
  • Pneumococcal disease (pneumococcal vaccination)

5-month vaccination + pediatric examination

  • Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio and Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib) infection (DTaP-IPV-Hib vaccination)
  • Pneumococcal disease (pneumococcal vaccination)

12-month vaccination + pediatric examination

  • Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio and Haemophilus influenza type b (Hib) infection (DTaP-IPV-Hib vaccination)
  • Pneumococcal disease (pneumococcal vaccination)

15 months vaccination

  • Measles, mumps and rubella (#1)

2 year pediatric examination

3 year pediatric examination

4 year vaccination + pediatric examination

  • Measles, mumps and rubella (#2)

5 year vaccination + pediatric examination

  • Diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, whooping cough and polio (DTaP-IPV revaccination)

12 years vaccination for both boys and girls

  • HPV vaccination - against cancer and genital warts (two vaccinations at least six months apart)

The offer applies to:

  1. Girls from the age of 12 until they turn 18
  2. Boys turning 12 years old on or after July 1, 2019 and until they turn 18 years old

People under 15 years of age must be vaccinated twice, at least five months apart. People aged 15 years or older must be vaccinated three times.

Catch up programs for boys and young men

  • As of February 1, 2020, the existing offer will be extended to two additional groups. The offer is valid in 2020 and 2021 and applies to the following groups:
  • Boys who turned 12 years old in the period January 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019 (born in the period January 1, 2006 - June 30, 2007)
  • Young men who are for men and who are between the ages of 18-25, as this group is at particular risk of developing anal cancer.
